This year marks the retirement of Dr Ronald Moore, a remarkable scientist, mentor, and supporter of our lab.

As Deepak's PhD supervisor at the University of Alberta, Dr Moore has had a lasting impact not only on his trainees but also on everyone who has had the opportunity to learn from him. Over the years, our lab has greatly benefited from his guidance, insightful discussions, and willingness to share his knowledge and experience.

His mentorship has helped shape our research, encouraged us to think critically, and inspired us to approach science with curiosity and dedication. Beyond his scientific expertise, he has always been a wonderful well-wisher and a valued friend of our lab.

We are deeply grateful for everything he has taught us and for the encouragement he has provided throughout the years.

Congratulations, Dr Ronald Moore, on a well-deserved retirement! We wish you good health, happiness, and many exciting adventures in this new chapter of your life. Thank you for your guidance, generosity, and the lasting impact you have made on our team. Your legacy will continue to inspire us for years to come.
