Research Day 2026 was an exciting opportunity to celebrate scientific discovery, collaboration, and innovation across Sunnybrook Research Institute. We were especially proud to see our summer students, Devlin and Rushil, along with our co-op student, Sachin, present their very first research posters.
Over the past few months, they have worked diligently in the lab, learning new experimental techniques, analyzing data, and contributing to ongoing research projects. Research Day gave them the opportunity to share their work with researchers, clinicians, and fellow trainees, while gaining valuable experience communicating their science to a broader audience.
Presenting a poster for the first time is an important milestone in every researcher's journey. We are incredibly proud of Devlin, Rushil, and Sachin for their enthusiasm, hard work, and dedication throughout the summer. Their confidence and professionalism during the poster session reflected the effort they invested in their projects.
Congratulations on this achievement! We look forward to seeing where your research journeys take you next.
